These terms govern your use of Campus Connect at iimvcampusconnect.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
- You may register as a student, a mentor or both. Mentor services are published only after review.
2. Using the platform
You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, misleading or infringing content, impersonate others, spam, scrape the service or attempt to access data you are not permitted to see. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. Mentors
Mentors are independent and solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile, the advice they give and honouring confirmed sessions. Verification badges reflect an administrator review only and are not a guarantee of outcomes.
4. Bookings, payments and changes
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payments are arranged directly between students and mentors; Campus Connect does not process payments and is not party to them.
- Booking requests may need mentor approval. A session is confirmed only once its Google Meet link is ready.
- Changes or cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the session start.
5. Threads and privacy
Thread owners control visibility and decide who may join. Respect the privacy of other members and do not share private conversations, meeting links or personal details outside the platform without consent. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Campus Connect a limited licence to host and display it to operate the service according to your privacy settings.
7. Third-party services
Sign-in, calendar and meeting features rely on Google services, which are subject to Google's own terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Campus Connect is not liable for advice given by members, missed sessions, payment disputes between users, or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction.
